How we can help

Supported living care is for individuals who want to live independently whilst having someone there to help and support them with their daily activities. This might help with food shopping, attending appointments, or even just having someone there to do their hobbies with.

As a Supported Living provider, we not only offer a friendly and familiar face to brighten up our service users’ days. We also offer innovative and bespoke support which enables individuals with learning disabilities, autism, dementia, and other mental health illnesses to live full and meaningful lives having access to the opportunities they deserve.

You're always in control

As the support and enablement needs of our service users constantly change, we will grow and change with you by offering a flexible and responsive approach to our packages of care with a bespoke level of services that empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs to live a happy, comfortable and fulfilling life of their choice and, where possible, in their local community.

We also offer domiciliary care that can support individuals in their own homes to help them with their independence and reach their true potential. With this we can provide 24 hour support if needed and can ensure that the level of support we provide to our service users focuses on giving people a real choice on what they want to do with their day to day life, how they want to do it and in a way which benefits our service users.
